DENVER, Co., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Citron, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTRN), a Texas corporation, announced that it has entered into merger negotiations with Project Rainmaker, Ltd., a United Kingdom based company that specializes in internet website management and marketing. The terms of the agreement would call for the exchange of shares of 100% Project Rainmaker, Ltd. for shares of Citron, Inc. to be determined.
Management of Citron, Inc. expects to release additional information regarding the merger shortly.
